It's Rainy Days..
I love it when it comes to rain..although not all people like it, specially if they always faced with flood problems. But for me rainy days feels mellow. Specially when it falls in the night, the sound of it feels relaxing and bring peacefulness. It is easy to feel sleepy when the rain falls. So today i have a chance to capture it with my camera.

I have my own choices to relief the tensions in daily life..everyone has their own solutions to deal with stressful day. The popular way we known it as "The Spa" or meditation. But for a women like me, I prefer the cheapest way to charge my spirits. Here are some of them..
- Enhale fresh morning air and standing in the warmth of the sun for ten until twenty minutes. Too much staying inside the house can cause you lack of fresh oxygen. Your blood circulations needs the sun energy to warm the muscle through your whole body, it will makes you feel more relax and energized.
- Drink a warm tea with two spoons of cream every morning. It is also help me to go through a day. It is also good to ease headached.
- Reading the Holy Quran, or zikir and praying. I can feel the benefits of wudhu or to wash and clean our face, nose and mouth with fresh water, I feel more calmer, and fresh.
- Hot shower..feeling the hot showering the backs can ease the tensions in muscle.
- Gardening. To make an interaction with plants will make you feel a sense of love, soften your feelings, and satisfying.
- Shopping window. When I have some money, I took my son to have a walk in a walking concept mall. Just having lunch at a restaurant or siteseeing with him.

10 Ways to Open Up Again After Being Hurt
This is always the hardest things to do..so, I think it is wise to share this to ones who have this same problems.
When your partner hurts you, it can be difficult to open up again and bring trust back into your relationship. It's hard to trust your heart to someone who has proven hurtful. You want to love, and so you throw caution to the wind and open up your heart, hoping you will not get hurt--again.
How do men and women open up to love and trust another person again while staying safe and protected from hurt? Here are 10 ways to do it.
1. Realize that any person close to you can hurt you. Haven't you ever hurt someone you love? Weren't you sorry afterwards? When others hurt you, realize they are just like you. They have likely hurt you unintentionally and are sorry. Find out.
2. Be prepared for the hurt. Don't assume that knowing someone well or being in love is going to prevent hurt. It won't.
[ Improve Communication - Even If He's a Strong and Silent Type! ]
3. It's probably not about you. When someone does hurt you, assume it's not personal and it's not directed at you, and it's not about you. Try not to over react.
4. Learn to set boundaries. To find out what your boundaries are, ask yourself the following questions:
• What don't I want in my life, in my relationships?
• What type of behavior hurts me?
• How would people need to behave around me in order for me to thrive happily?
There are things you will tolerate, and there are things you will not tolerate. Educate the people you love about your needs, your feelings, your dislikes, your boundaries. But first, educate yourself. A good therapist will help you get clarity and help you prioritize your likes and dislikes. If you need some assistance or guidance, ask for it.
[ Do You Have a Sexless Marriage? ]
5. Develop coping strategies. When you've been hurt, learn how to immediately handle the situation. For example, if your significant other raises her voice when she's upset, learn how to say, “I don't want to talk about this when you raise your voice.” Don't shut down! Don't start yelling back! Or, let's say you're waiting for a call back from a voicemail you left. Stop waiting for the call. Move on and live your life as it was before, and allow your life to continue on track (your track, not his or hers).
6. Trust yourself. Realize that most of feeling safe is about trusting yourself. You can be assured that most people—especially those close to you—will hurt you occasionally. Get over it as quickly as you can.
7. Be trustworthy. Become the kind of person who can be trusted. Be honest, no matter what. Be discreet. Keep agreements. Keep personal information between you personal.
[ How Important is Compatibility? ]
8. Strengthen communication skills. Learn to communicate effectively and powerfully, yet gently. No attacks, no accusations—everything that needs to be said in order to make an impact can be said with grace and heart. If your partner won't talk, it means she's hurt or too selfish to be with. Find out which. If he or she listens, speak using “I feel” statements. As you know, we all tend to listen more intently if a soft tone is used.
9. Learn to trust. Believe in yourself and appreciate yourself enough to be able to dismiss the hurtful words.
10. Work through the hurt. Learn when it's appropriate to forgive and when it's best to end the relationship. Any partner will hurt you occasionally. The question is how much and how often. An occasional hurt or annoyance can be forgiven or dealt with for the benefit of the relationship. Working through the hurt can make you grow together.

What Makes You Beautiful?
According to Jane Powel:
"The true beauty of a woman is reflected in her soul."
You don't need a perfect figure, a huge and expensive wardrobe or a brilliant hairdresser, to make you a beautiful woman. Beauty is waiting there inside your soul, ready to be brought out.
Your joy in life and passionate pursuits make you sparkle and radiate excitement and energy. Your sexy confidence and enthusiasm light up your face and bring a swing to your walk. Your serenity, generosity and sensitivity are mirrored in your eyes and in your beautiful smile.
You are a beautiful woman - know it, believe it and live it! Meditation For Women
Evening Rain
The room is dark, only the tv’s on
And Im sitting on my bed all alone.
I feel cold suddenly
Wondering how I desperately
Longing someone so dearly
Who wants to hold me endlessly.
O lord please let me know
Is someone out there for me to know
Will ever he find me here
To stay with me and be near
I put my hopes in oneday
To come another one fine day
That he will come to forever stay.
Anakku Mandiri
Aku bangga padamu anakku..

To all bully's victims
Learn to be patient and accepting other people's insulted, bullied, or a downer, because those kind of people are not worthy enough. Those are losers..
You are worthed and perfect in God's eye..
Remind yourself, that what they said is not true..trust yourself! and fight back! tell them to mind their own business.
trust yourself, plug your ears, tell legal authorities.

What Way of Life you choose?
Good versus Evil..Yeah I think we only have two choices here, the choice about which way you wanting your life to be. The Good way or the evil way. Those choices can easily be recognize now and then. Those who likes materialism over spirituality, manipulation over hardworking, lies over honesty. These are ones whose to follow the evil. People who individualistic, arrogant, greedy and selfish.
For some, they who likes to share, humble, emphathetic, symphatic, hardworking and honest are the ones who choose God’s way. They are the ones who believe in judgement day, who wants heaven more than just earth fantasy. They do not affected by the harsh time because they believe that all things that happen is just what they have to do according to God’s will. These kind of people is the one who’s “thinking”. Ones who accept God’s commandment without questions and acted always in control. In the society, people who are follow evil way more likely to have a bunch of audience and followers compare those who are really a good people. Good people seems like a minority. They had been bullying, make fun of, and be treated as a weirdo because of the princips that they hold. They always been laughed about when they try to inform you with good news. People think that they are crazy. But in the end it’s the good ones will always win, and make it to the heaven’s door, while the evil goes to be a loser in the darkness. So..what do you choose?
