Skirt Steak and Potatoes With Herb Sauce

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Pulse the parsley, oregano, and garlic in a food processor until roughly chopped. Add the vinegar, oil, cayenne, and ½ teaspoon salt; pulse to combine. Set aside.
  3. Season the steak with the remaining salt and the pepper. Grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board; let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Meanwhile, toss the potatoes in a large bowl with ⅓ cup of the herb sauce.
  5. Place the potatoes on the grill in a single layer. Cook, turning once, until tender, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. Divide the steak and potatoes among plates and serve with the remaining herb sauce on the side.

Chrispy Chicken With Cabbage Salad


Crispy Chicken With Coleslaw


Ingredients
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Add the cabbage and carrots and toss to combine; set aside.
  2. Place the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Pound the chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap to ½ inch thick; season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Coat with the flour (tapping off any excess), dip in the eggs (shaking off any excess), then coat with the bread crumbs, pressing gently to help them adhere.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with the coleslaw and lemon wedges.

Tropical Dogs Recipe

Ide simple buat cemilan anakku nih yang suka sekali hotdogs dan burgers..

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions.
  2. Split and toast or grill the buns.
  3. Place the hot dogs in the buns and, dividing equally, top with the pineapple, peppers, and cilantro.

Apel Goreng

Bikin cemilan enak dari Apel yukk..coba yaa..

Cara Membuat:

3 buah apel malang
1 btr telur
1 pak tepung kobe pisang goreng
100 cc air
Minyak goreng

Saus pelapis:
250 g gula
100 cc air
2sdm wijen

Kupas apel, belah, iris setebal 1cm. Rendam dlm air garam.
Campur tepung kobe, telor dan air ( aduk hingga rata)
Celupkan potongan apel ke dlm adonan satu persatu
Goreng dlm minyak panas hingga kekuningan
Campurkan seluruh bahan saus pelapis dan masak hingga mengental
Celupkan apel yg tlah digoreng dlm saus pelapis, satu persatu
Simpan dlm freezer agar gula segera membeku
Sajikan hingga matang

Fried Buffalo Wings

Lagi senang mengumpulkan resep-resep masakan Ibuku seperti, Ayam Pop, Dendeng sapi balado, Bubur Manado, Sambal goreng hati dan lain sebagainya.  Nah sekarang aku baru saja mendapatkan resep favoritku Fried Buffalo Wing.  Fried buffalo wings ini yang paling ternikmat adalah punyanya Chili's Restaurant Bar & Grill yang ada di Sarinah Thamrin, Jakarta.  Rasanya..mmmhh..jangan tanya deh Bloggers bikin merem melek deh hahaha..Dahsyat melebihi seks..hahaha..ups..;) Tapi, sekarang aku tidak perlu jauh-jauh lagi pergi ke Jakarta hanya untuk membeli buffalo wingsnya Chili's.  Ini ada resepnya, lumayanlah meskipun rasanya berbeda dengan Chili's punya, tapi yah..Selamat mencoba!;)


Fried Buffalo Wings
Ringkasan:
Dingin-dingin enaknya ngemil sayap ayam yang satu ini. Buffalo wings versi goreng ini rasanya renyah-renyah dengan balutan bumbu rempah yang pedas-pedas sedikit asam. Dijamin sayap ayam gaya Amerika ini bikin ketagihan!

Bahan masakan:
• 12 buah sayap ayam
• 3 siung bawang putih
• 2 sdm air jeruk nipis
• 1 sdt garam
• minyak goreng
• Pelapis: 100 g tepung kanji
• Bumbu, aduk jadi satu: 3 sdt cabai merah bubuk
• 2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
• 1 sdt merica hitam bubuk
• 2 sdt garam
• 2 sdm saus BBQ
• 2 sdm saus Tabasco

Cara memasak:
1. Potong sayap ayam menjadi dua. Buang ujungnya yang runcing.
2. Aduk sayap ayam dengan bawang putih, air jeruk dan garam hingga rata. Tiriskan.
3. Balut atau lumuri sayap ayam dengan tepung kanji hingga rata.
4. Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kering dan kecokelatan.
5. Angkat dan tiriskan.
6. Lumuri sayap ayam dengan Bumbu.
7. Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C selama 30 menit.
8. Angkat dan sajikan hangat.

Soup Cream Kentang


Hi..Coba resep baru yuuk..

Ringkasan:
Kentang yang lembut gurih membuat sup ini makin enak dinikmati hangat-hangat. Di saat tubuh kurang sehat, sup ini bisa jadi pembangkit selera. Taburan keju dan keripik kentang melengkapi kelezatannya.

Bahan masakan:
• 500 g kentang, kupas, potong-potong
• 1 sdm mentega
• 1 siung bawang putih, cincang
• 20 g bawang bombay cincang
• 250 ml susu segar
• 250 ml kaldu ayam
• 2 sdm krim segar
• 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
• 1 lembar bay leaf
• 1 sdt garam
• Pelengkap:
• Keju Cheddar parut
• Bread Stick
• Keripik Kentang

Cara memasak:
1. Rebus kentang hingga empuk. Tiriskan.
2. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga layu.
3. Masukkan kentang rebus. Aduk hingga rata. Angkat.
4. Tuang ke dalam mangkuk blender.
5. Tambahkan susu. Proses hingga lembut.
6. Tuang ke dalam panci. Tambahkan bahan lainnya.
7. Didihkan, lalu angkat.
8. Sajikan dengan Pelengkapnya.

Grilled Steak

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.

  2. Season the steak with ¾ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Grill to the desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, gently toss the fennel, oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

  4. Grill the fennel, turning occasionally, until just tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer back to the bowl.

  5. Grill the lemon slices until slightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Toss the lemons with the fennel and thyme. Serve with the steak and mozzarella.

Gingery Salmon With Peaches

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, ginger, thyme, 3 tablespoons of the oil, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, gently toss the onions, peaches, remaining 1 tablespoon oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

  3. Season the salmon with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

  4. Grill the salmon and onions until salmon is opaque throughout and onions are tender, 5 to 6 minutes per side.

  5. After flipping the salmon, place the peaches on the grill and cook until tender, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

  6. Drizzle the salmon with the vinaigrette and serve with the onions and peaches.

Spaghetti With Zucchini, Walnuts, and Raisins

 Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and return it to the pot.

  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the walnuts and cook, stirring frequently, until beginning to brown, 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until beginning to brown, about 1 minute.

  4. Add the zucchini and raisins and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Cook, tossing occasionally, until the zucchini is just tender, 4 to 5 minutes.

  5. Add the zucchini mixture to the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the Parmesan before serving.

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the parsley, oil, capers, vinegar, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Season the steaks with 2 teaspoons salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Grill, turning once, 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the caper sauce.

Burgers With Manchego and Roasted Peppers

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Form the beef into four ¾-inch-thick patties. Use your fingers to make a shallow well in the top of each patty. (This will prevent overplumping during cooking.) Season with a total of ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  2. Oil the grill and cook the patties with the wells facing up for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 155° F for medium, 4 to 5 minutes more, topping the burgers with the manchego during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  3. Meanwhile, split the bread lengthwise and brush the cut sides with the oil; grill until toasted, 1 to 2 minutes. Rub the cut sides of the bread with the garlic. Cut the bread into quarters and form sandwiches with the watercress, burgers, and red peppers.
Weekend seperti ini, boleh saja kita memanjakan diri dengan makanan sedikit junk seperti burger yang satu ini.  Kalau aku sih, hari sabtu dan minggu adalah hari memanjakan diri sendiri jadi, silahkan memakan makanan yang agak high lemak seperti steak, burger atau apapun yang berkaitan dengan daging! because I love meet!
