Good Eats in Small Spaces
Balconies are often confused with the fire escapes common to urban apartment buildings. While it’s illegal to garden on an actual fire escape, if the small outdoor space isn’t used as an outlet, you can practice creative container gardening.
One option is to hang window boxes and securely fastened pots on the balcony rails, and the other is to hang baskets from secure hooks mounted on the building or window panes.
Once you have your containers secured, plant these ingredients for a delicious Pico de Gallo salsa.
