I heard the sound of the rain in a middle of the night
The peacefulness grasped my lonely heart
The room is dark, only the tv’s on
And Im sitting on my bed all alone.
I feel cold suddenly
Wondering how I desperately
Longing someone so dearly
Who wants to hold me endlessly.
O lord please let me know
Is someone out there for me to know
Will ever he find me here
To stay with me and be near
I put my hopes in oneday
To come another one fine day
That he will come to forever stay.
