The Sun And The Moon Symbolic In Islam
In Arabic, "shams" (sun) is feminine, and "qamar" (moon) is masculine.
The sun, just like women in Islam, commands the gaze to be lowered when stared at directly, and the moon in the same way reflects the light to us on earth.
The sun burns itself out to give light and life to everything around, whilst the moon reflects the light, and its true beauty is only realised when it radiates the brilliance of the sun. So when we shine as men, the implication is that we are reflecting the glorious light of our women. May Allah (swt) be pleased with them.

Aku sedang berhayal Bloggers..Seandainya saja aku punya seekor pegasus, aku ingin terbang ke atas awan. Aku bukan berhayal di siang hari bolong ketika tugas dan kegiatan-kegiatan sehari-hariku berjalan. Memangnya salah jika kita bermimpi di saat anak sudah lelap tertidur? Dan yang kita lakukan adalah chill out and relax melepaskan kepenatan seharian?
Huff..maaf saja Bloggers, kali ini aku belum mempunyai inspirasi lain yang dapat aku share disini selain ya..bermimpi:) Mimpi itukan juga bisa diartikan sebagai keinginan terpendam kita kan? Keinginanku, ditemani seseorang. Seseorang tempat aku berbagi suka dan duka, seseorang yang ada untuk aku peluk, dan sentuh. Seseorang yang bisa aku ganggu, ku goda, kucintai dan kusayangi setiap hari dan setiap waktu.

Ya Allah..aku berdoa untuk dia yang aku cintai, semoga malam ini dia tidur dengan nyenyak setelah seharian dia membanting tulang bekerja. Semoga Engkau membisikkan ke dalam hatinya, bahwa di sini aku mencintai dan menyayanginya. Semoga Engkau membimbing langkahnya untuk menemukanku. Love Just Ain't Enough..
Bloggers bagaimana ya jika ada seseorang yang mencintai kita, tapi kita tidak punya perasaan apa-apa dengan orang ini? Jika jujur terhadapnya, takut menyakiti perasaannya. Tapi jika tidak tegas, nanti kita bisa menyakiti hatinya?
Mengapa ya kita begitu mudah bersikap tegas dengan seseorang yang tidak kita sukai, ketimbang bersikap tegas, dengan seseorang yang seharusnya kita tolak tapi kita sukai? Padahal aku yakin, lebih baik dicintai daripada mencintai. Tapi hidup ini kan bukan hanya cinta saja, iya kan? Kalau kita hidup dengan cinta saja, apa bisa bahagia? Dilema juga ya..
Ada seseorang yang kita sukai, yang bagiku dia cocok dengan kriteria yang aku cari dari seorang pria, tapi sayangnya dia sudah menikah. Disaat yang bersamaan ada juga seseorang yang mencintai aku, tapi dia diluar kriteria keinginanku. Dalam mencari pendamping hidup itu, aku tidak melihat seseorang melalui hartanya atau dari keindahan/ketampanan fisiknya. Aku mencari sosok seseorang yang pantas aku kagumi dan kuhormati sebagai calon imam bagiku dan juga anak-anakku kelak. Ada banyak kriteria yang sudah aku simpan di dalam listku mengenai calon pendampingku kelak, tapi tak perlu juga aku ungkap disini semua itu.
Apa aku terlalu sombong? Merasa diriku lebih baik dari pria ini? Semoga saja tidak, tapi aku layak mendapatkan yang terbaik. Setiap orang berhak mendapatkan yang terbaik, yang selevel dan juga yang setara dengannya iyakan? Tapi, terus terang Bloggers, aku khawatir orang ini dengan cintanya bisa membuatku goyah. Takuut! Bukan apa-apa, takut menjadi jatuh cinta juga. Nggak mau ah..hadeuh..Habis gimana ya meski sudah kutolak secara halus, orang ini masih saja berharap lebih padaku?
Tapi pelajaran yang bisa kuambil kali ini adalah, bahwa jika seorang pria mencintai wanita, dia merasa percaya diri bahwa wanita itu adalah jodohnya hehehe..Sebagai catatan, pria ini mengatakan ke temannya yang juga temanku bahwa dia berharap aku ini adalah jodohnya! Haduh..Please deh mas. Mudah-mudahan jodoh kalau kamu sudah menjadi pengusaha sukses hehehe..
Life is not fair indeed..Terkadang apa yang kita inginkan justru tidak bisa kita miliki, tapi Allah itu Maha Adil. Karena Dia-lah yang tahu apa yang terbaik bagi umat-Nya. Mungkin dimata kita, orang yang sangat tepat menurut pandangan mata kita, belum tentu tepat di mata Allah. Jadi aku berpegang pada prinsip ini, "Laki-laki baik hanya untuk wanita-wanita yang baik, dan laki-laki yang keji hanya untuk wanita-wanita yang keji." Prinsip kesetaraan, dimana suatu jenis mencari jenisnya. Jadi, jika si mas yang satu itu sedang mencari belahan jiwanya juga, ya dia seharusnya berusaha menyesuaikan dirinya terlebih dahulu dong dengan standarku, untuk bisa jadi jodohku.
Yah..Yakin sajalah bahwa oneday, aku akan menemukan pria yang pantas dan juga match dengan diriku. Yang jiwanya seluas samudera, yang rasa sayangnya padaku lebih daripada dia mencintai dirinya sendiri, dan yang lebih penting lagi adalah yang BERANI bertanggung jawab pada diriku dan juga anakku.
